07.10.2013y. – By Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan in Tashkent was held “Republican labor protection competition” among companies - manufacturers and companies working in the sphere of trade and services.
On 16-17.10.2013 The IX International Uzbek Cotton and Textile Fair started in Tashkent at which participate over 1000 representatives from more than 40 countries includingly "Daewoo Textile Fergana" Company also presented its exhibition stends.
October 14, 2013 "Daewoo Textile Fergana" organized event "Sports Day" - sports contest, which was attended by more than 3,000 employees. The event was organized competitions in 8 sports among the participants of 4 teams.
On April 9, 2013, before the central office building of “Daewoo Textile Fergana” a ceremony took place devoted to 17th anniversary of the Company.
In the ceremony president of the Company Mr. Lee So Il made solemn speech.
On October 2, 2013 – representatives of “Daewoo International” made official visit to “Daewoo Textile Fergana” company. Choy Chung Myong: General Executive Director of planning division; Lee Ho Yang: Director of the DWIC head office (on regulation of affiliate companies in CIS); Choy Ju Ik: Manager of the business-strategy department.
On September, 2013 there was held a charity action called “GIVE JOY!” on the initiative of "Daewoo Textile Fergana" company management.
Most company employees as well as the management of the company voluntarily took part in the action willing to help children with mental diseases of Boarding School № 86 in Fergana region.
On June, 4-6, 2013 the Textile Forum was held in Tashkent to reveal opportunities of investments into the light industry of Uzbekistan.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea Lee Wook-heon paid an official visit to Daewoo Textile Fergana on July, 26, 2013.
On October 17-18, 2012 in UzExpoCentre of Tashkent was held one of the most important events in world cotton industry - VIII International Uzbek Cotton and Textile Fair.
The event brought together more than 1,000 representatives of various companies from 38 countries, including representatives of the "Daewoo Textile Fergana" and "Daewoo Textile Bukhara" companies.
On October, 12th, 2012 “Sports Day” - sport competition in which took part more than 2 500 workers of "Daewoo Textile Fergana" was organized.
