"ERP" PROJECT SYSTEM OF PLANNING RESOURCES OF ENTERPRISE.
The management of the company "Posco International Textile" strives for constant development and improvement, adopting the experience of the world's leading companies. In order to increase the efficiency of management, control over resources and create a unified database of the enterprise, in 2010 the company's management introduced the ERP system. The development and implementation of ERP system is one of the most important projects of the Company.
The system was created by Korean developers (Daewoo Information Systems Co., Ltd) in conjunction with local experts (a specially created ERP department), was adapted, tested and successfully launched in July 2011.
Currently, the ERP system is effectively used and continuously improved.
The company builds a transparent financial system, and refers to those companies that most effectively manage their finances and direct all efforts to search for new opportunities of business development.
"JUNIOR BOARD" PROJECT
MEETING OF MANAGEMENT AND ADVANCED WORKERS OF PRODUCTION.
By the initiative of the management, a joint meeting of management and advanced workers of production is held at "Posco International Textile", with the purpose of presenting rationalization proposals from employees, discussing and solving the most burning issues related to development of company and improving work conditions.

PRESIDENTIAL RECRUIT BY "POSCO INTERNATIONAL TEXTILE"
There are annual programs in "Posco International Textile" to attract new employees and unite all workers. At the presidential recruitment, we hire talented and efficient students, actively participating in the scientific and technical activities of higher education institutions.
One such program is the "Presidential Suite", in which young specialists with higher technical skills are admitted. The purpose of this activity is to create a personnel reserve for production sectors. Taking the experience of advanced specialists, young employees will be able to become skillful managers of different divisions.
