The Oath of Ethics Management Practice
The entire POSCO employees pledge participation in ethics management of the company with enterprising sprit in order to establish a transparent, healthy management system through the oath as follows.
- We will show respect to all customers and investors, providing best service, and fulfill responsibilities and obligations to protect their benefits.
- We will uphold the law, regulation and principle associated with the works, have respect for the democratic market economy system and make fair competitions.
- We will not accept any unfair money and goods, entertainment, and convenience in relation to the works, and never use the company assets for personal use.
- We will not permit any unfair discrimination between the employees, and build sound and harmonious team atmosphere based on mutual respect.
- We will contribute to the country and community development through continuous self-development efforts, commit ourselves to corporate social responsibility, and actively join in community services, emergency relief, and environmental protection.
Finally, the whole employees of POSCO faithfully vow to comply with all the guidelines stated in the oath above.
