4 years ago, on November, 13th, 2006 South Korean Company "Daewoo International" founded in Fergana «Daewoo Textile Fergana» Company.
Daewoo International invested more than 60 million dollars in modernization of spinning and weaving production of Fergana factory.
On September, 2nd, 2010 from our Head office to "Daewoo Textile Fergana" Company has arrived new Korean specialist Lee Jeong Il, who has been appointed to the post of financial director of the Company. More than 2.5 years this responsible post occupied director Kim Woog Dong. During this time he has brought a big contribution to development of our Company, to perfection of financial policy and accounting system of the Company.
On October, 18th, 2010 in Tashlak factory, Uzbek experts will be appointed the shift managers. From now on, at 3 DTF factories the shift managers will be only Uzbek experts.
By the initiative of the Company President Mr.Jeong Ki Seop, for the purpose of training of the qualified experts for work at industrial sectors offices, has been created the project of training of future specialists. According to that, to the Company have been invited 30 graduates of the Fergana Polytechnical Institute.
With the purpose of training of the qualified experts for work at offices of industrial sectors, it's planned to invite 30 graduates of Polytechnic Institute of the energetic, informatics and mechanics faculties for acquaintance with Company activity and two-month training in the basic departments and industrial factories. From them will be chosen 15 best experts for work in the Company. Nowadays for 30 students-candidates is made the training schedule in departments and on manufacture.
As well as it was planned earlier, on August, 26th, 2010 in our Company six students of the Fergana State University and the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, received the grant from the Company in the form of payment of the educational contract have been invited. For them the meeting in a conference hall has been organized, with participation of the President of the Company and the director Son Won Kyung.
Experts of Tashlak factory have made the decision on change of weight of a yarn intended for weaving mill in Kumtepa, from 2,30 to 2,52 kg. Thus, making the same quantity of a yarn, it will allow to save essentially time, labour and expenses for yarn transportation.
