On 12.02.2015, at the post of «Daewoo Textile Fergana» Company President Mr. Kim Il Woo was appointed. President Lee So Il is leaving his post and returned to the head office of Daewoo International.
12.02.2015 at the Central office inauguration ceremony of the new President Kim Il Woo was held. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Company's management and all factories and departments.
On 1-10 December, 2014 Charity Action in 3 factories of “Daewoo Textile Fergana” Company in order to make sponsorship for School № 7 in Tashlak District was organized.
80 percent of children from the Company Employee`s families study at School № 7 which is situated next to Spinning Factory in Tashlak.

On October 13 - 17, 2014, representatives of Corporations POSCO and "Daewoo International" (South Korea) paid an official visit to "Daewoo Textile Fergana" company. The purpose of the visit is familiarization with the economic performance of the Company, social activity, monitoring the implementation of investment projects and audit in financial and administrative activities of the Company.
On October 13-14 in the capital of Uzbekistan the Tenth International Uzbek Cotton and Textile Fair was held. More than 1,000 business leaders, experts and companies from 50 countries, including representatives of "Daewoo Textile Fergana" LLC - specialists of sales, cotton purchasing and planning departments, as well as the Company's management was attended at the Fair.
In accordance with the Memorandum dd. 06.17.2014, signed with the SJC "O'zbekyengilsanoat" during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Korea Mrs. Park Kin Hae in Uzbekistan, investment projects for the expansion and modernization of spinning production are realised in "Daewoo Textile Fergana" and "Daewoo Textile Bukhara" companies. South Korean corporation Daewoo International will invest up to US$22 million to expansion of production capacities of two textile enterprises.
An Uzbek-Korean Business Forum and Cooperation Exchange were held in Tashkent on 17 June 2014. The events were held within the state visit of the President of the Republic of Korea Park Geun-hye to Uzbekistan.
Representatives of ministries and departments, companies and concerns of two countries participated in the event. Over 300 representatives of large South Korean companies attended the forum, Daewoo Textile Fergana LLC was among them.
On 30.05.2014 representatives of Daewoo International Corporation (Korea) paid an official visit to "Daewoo Textile Fergana" Company: Executive Sales Director of Daewoo International Mr. Seo Myung Deuk, sales manager of Daewoo International Mr. Jason Lee and the President of "Daewoo Textile Bukhara" Company Mr. Byung Chung Seop.
On May 22, 2014 at Fergana factory of "Daewoo Textile Fergana" Company Labour Union Committee organized a workshop to exchange experience and learn the activity of the Labour union. The seminar was attended by Chairman of the Central Council of Labour Unions Khudayberdiev Z., Chairman of Ferghana Regional Council of Labour Unions Azizov V. and representatives of Labour unions more than 40 companies of the region.
By tradition, each year on the eve of May 9, Memory and Honor Day, "Daewoo Textile Fergana" Company organizes charity events aimed at helping war veterans.
On 08.05.2014, the office staff visited war veterans and disabled pensioners, to congratulate on the upcoming holiday and gave them foodstuffs (rice, meat, buckwheat, noodle, oil).
