On April 1, 2020, the Khakim of the Ferghana Region Shukhrat Madaminovich Ganiev, the hakim of the city of Ferghana and their working group arrived on an official visit to our Company. The main purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the activities of POSCO INTERNATIONAL TEXTILE and study the situation in the company, in connection with the unfavorable epidemiological situation in Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the CEO of the company, President of the company, Mr. Cho Syung Hyun, conducted a tour of the Ferghana spinning mill for representatives of the Oblast Administration, talked about production and export performance, as well as preventive measures against coronavirus. He reported that the company introduced a regime of increased prevention of coronavirus infection prevention and operates within the framework of the developed "Plan of organizational, sanitary and anti-epidemiological measures" to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.
Upon entering the company, all employees are checked for body temperature. When a high temperature is detected, employees go home to call a local doctor at home.

A disinfection regime and sanitary-quarantine control were provided at checkpoints in all production shops, locker rooms and a dining room.
Disinfection of industrial premises, locker rooms, corridors, san. nodes and offices are held daily four times a day. Disinfectant solutions prepared according to the recommendations of sanitary and epidemiological institutions are used. It also carries out outreach to prevent infections and the spread of coronavirus.

To minimize contact among employees, about 40% of employees not in demand in the main production were sent on labor leave.
